Sausage, fried egg and ketchup

10 Aug

Here is one for a weekend brunch. This mega size toast will definitely fill your empty stomach.
Place the sausages first so that the perfectly cooked egg won’t get squashed and accidentally get messy. Oh, and don’t for get ketchup, the magic ingredient, too!

Egg & Bacon

3 Aug

Want to have a kick-start of the day with a MEGA toast? Then, this one is for you. I guess you want to use at least three eggs for scrambled eggs and cook maybe… five or six slices of bacon? Just give yourself “LOTS”, be generous!
In the end, YOU’ve got to get through till lunch time…

Smoked salmon & Cream cheese

13 Jul

Smoked salmon and cream cheese are one of classic toppings for bagels, so.. we thought they must work on a toast well! Yep, of course!
A thickly spread cream cheese, smokey salmon, crusty bread…, all in one. Simply, heaven!

Scrambled Egg

12 Jul

Scrambled egg is the easiest of the eggy recipes. I’m sure you can handle this one even a busy morning because you don’t need any fancy technique. Just beat the eggs, pour them in a heated pot, scramble, scramble and one more time…, scramble.
See, even a monkey can make it!

Plain

11 Jul

Don’t ask us “Why?”
We just wanted to show how much we love toast by showing Mrs Plain, the mother of all the toast we have made and will make…

Smoked salmon & Poached egg

6 Jul

So far, this is my “Top Toast” in savoury category.
Nothing can beat the combination of a nicely sliced smoked salmon and perfectly cooked poached egg. Oozy egg gets gradually soaked into the toast while salmon dipped in it… Ahagh, awesome!

Peanut butter

5 Jul

Smooth, crunchy, or extra crunchy… which one is your favourite?
I’m a massive fan of peanut butter, especially crunchy is the one for me. So simple yet so good! I normally eat so much of it that I can feel the bits of peanuts in my mouth for a little while…

Fried egg

2 Jul

It is just a fried egg, but don’t underestimate it… This guy can do more than you think.
You can cook only one side and make the yolk ooze, or cook both side to harden the yolk. You can even break the egg yolk to make it flatter… Enjoy it whatever style you like!

Marmite & Cheese

27 Jun

Love marmite? Love cheese? Then, this one is for you.
It’s simple. Spread as much marmite as you like and add cheese on top, then grill it. Be careful not to burn marmite as it taste horrible when it’s burned (or not…anyway?)

Cucumber & Salad cream

23 Jun

There is nothing better than fresh chunky bits of cucumber on a hot summer day. And, I’m a sort of person who put salad cream to anything.
So.., let’s put a drop of my favourite dressing on each piece. Huum lovely… nice presentation! I like that!
